These Terms govern your use of wamarketingservice.com and, where applicable, the managed WhatsApp marketing service ("Service") provided by WA Marketing Service ("we", "us"). By using the website or Service, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the service

We provide a managed platform and supporting infrastructure to help businesses run WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including onboarding assistance, campaign management tools and reporting. The Service operates subject to the policies of the underlying messaging platform and applicable law, and is not a method of bypassing or circumventing those policies.

Eligibility and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from recipients before sending marketing messages, for honoring opt-out requests, for the accuracy of content you send, and for complying with applicable consumer protection, data protection and anti-spam laws in your market.

Pricing and quotes

Pricing shown on the website, including figures produced by the savings calculator, is provided for planning and estimation purposes. Final pricing is confirmed in a customized service quote or agreement specific to your account, based on recipient country, message category, send volume, and selected service tier.

Platform policy compliance

Messaging is subject to the policies of the underlying messaging platform, including template approval requirements, account quality standards and messaging limits. We may suspend or limit campaigns that we reasonably believe violate applicable platform policies or law.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee specific delivery rates, response rates, or cost savings. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including recipient behavior and platform policy changes.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, content that violates applicable law, or messages to recipients who have not provided appropriate consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA Marketing Service is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Service.
